Wild View Retreat

I had the most wonderful and recharging time! The organization of the retreat was perfect (thank you Jess) and the spirit of the group was very open minded and positive. The place is just beautiful, away from everything and I will not forget the amazing views from the yoga studio. Everything is so thoughtfully designed and decorated, love the hammock in front of the room and also the sauna and dip in the pool was one of my favorites each day. The food was just incredible (thank you Ricardo)! I did not think I could eat so healthy, so well and just feel amazing in only one week clean eating. Andrew took a lot of time to get to know the group and held highly informative nutrition sessions from which I took a lot away from. And last but not least, the yoga and fitness instructors (Jeanette and Carin) were fun, energetic and held beautiful workouts that made me regain confidence in my body, what it can do and feel and how fun working out can be. Thank you for everything! It was truly inspiring and I would recommend it without a doubt. All the best xx
