Clínica Veterinária Medicina Integrada (CVMI Carcavelos)

I have mixed feelings about this place but wanted to write a review that could objectively help others. The first vet that treated my cat was really caring, took time to inform us about the situation and suggested some ideas to improve my cat’s situation.We had to go back several times and none of the vets seemed to be informed about what was going on with my cat, so we had to explain to each different vet again and again.The last vet we saw, took my cat inside for 2 seconds, came back and gave me my injured cat while (literally) holding the door open for us to leave. She didn’t explain what was going on, if she needed a follow up, or even worse, I had to tell her my cat needed antibiotics because she could get an infection. Then she sat down and was looking at the laptop when I was talking to her. It was the rudest vet I’ve ever talked to in my life, besides missing very important details like antibiotics. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of this vet. I didn’t feel safe with this person and I wouldn’t go back. It’s sad because our first vet there was actually nice and knowledgeable.PS: it wasn’t a language barrier I was speaking Portuguese to them
