Hygeia - Clínica de Osteopatia de Lisboa

I scheduled a rapid antigen test online on the unilabs website, and it took my money for the transaction, but then said there was an error booking the appointment. I am trying to get a refund for this, but I never received an email confirming even the receipt of my payment and had to call the help line to book the appointment over the phone to get the test at this location, as it was the nearest to where i was staying. (Granted, up to this point this was all dealing with the unilabs website/company as a whole and does not reflect on the osteopathic clinic). I arrived at my appointment time and was ready to pay another €20 for my test, but then their card reader didn't work for my American visa card. So, I had to walk around the block to the Pingo Doce to use the atm. Again, this is not the fault of the clinic staff, but I wish the agent who had booked the appointment with me over the phone had mentioned which payment forms were accepted so i could have been prepared and not wasted time. Once I returned with cash and paid, the actual test process itself was very quick and efficient and I told the staff member who administered the test that I was flying out the next morning, and she said she would try to have it prioritized at the lab, which I very much appreciated. Unfortunately, it is now more than 24 hours later, and I never received my results nor any communication from the lab by phone, nor email. Although the clinic staff were very helpful and kind, I'm afraid I'm quite disappointed with the unilabs testing experience overall, especially as I'm now out almost $50USD after paying for 2 tests with nothing to show for it, and had to pay for a rapid test at the airport to be able to fly out.
