The work environment has room for improvement. The human resources needs to have better control in enforcing professional attitude, politeness, and respect amongst employees. The salaries, although being higher than minimum of Portuguese wage, is still quiet low taking into consideration the huge volume of work. The productivity bonus is very low and is calculated yearly and is given on March next year, so if one quite the work any time of the year other than March they won't receive it, which is unfair. Overall, only recommend starting work here if it is the beginning of your professional career.
