The reception and communication with the security guy on the reception was impolite, arrogant, authoritarian, and totally unacceptable. From the moment I arrived Until the moment I left. I spend my time and fuel to do my duty as responsible citizen, to dump all the recyclable waste in the proper place, and I’m treated by an employee/contractor that way!!?Shame on this institution that have people like that working, with no qualification neither respect for the citizen that should serve!!!A shame as well to this country that in 2021 still have people with this attitude, severing the public.
