Hotel Quinta Dos Bastos

I don’t understand the negative reviews! We found this hotel to be exactly as described: historic setting, casual atmosphere, beautiful cultural touches, nice pool. Exceptional value. The room we stayed in was really a suite with a big living-room area, the bedroom with the most comfortable bed of our entire vacation. It could be described as a bit dated, everything was spotless. I even looked under the bed! The landscaping could use some refreshing but we didn’t sleep in the parking lot. It was incredible value for the money. The staff was super laid back and nice!
