During my recent stay at Residencial Airside Palace on the 18th, I encountered several issues that left me feeling disappointed with my experience. Upon my arrival at around 20:30, I found the place to be generally nice and clean, including my room. However, my room (Room 1) was located in close proximity to the kitchen and an outside sitting area.The problems arose when, on the night of my arrival, there were some guests outside making a lot of noise, including loud door banging, which continued until 3:30- 4:00 am. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any sleep due to this disturbance. I was reluctant to open my door and confront the noisy guests, as I was alone and felt uncomfortable doing so.The following morning, I attempted to address this issue with the staff in charge. To my surprise, they informed me that the person in charge was unwell and needed rest. It seemed that the individuals responsible for the disturbance were still awake and noisy, and the staff's unavailability to handle the situation added to my frustration.I tried speaking with another staff member, but I received the same response, indicating that the person in charge was sleeping. This situation left me deeply dissatisfied, especially as I had come for a short stay, possibly due to work or after a tiring journey. The lack of response and assistance from the staff was disappointing, and it negatively impacted my ability to get a good night's sleep.I would like to advise future guests to avoid rooms 1 and 2, and consider requesting rooms on the upper floors to potentially mitigate noise disturbances. The amount I spent for my stay did not reflect the quality of my experience, and I feel it is necessary for the owner to take action regarding the staff's handling of such situations, as it could impact the reputation and success of the establishment.Given my overall dissatisfaction with my stay, I would like to kindly request a partial refund, as the level of service I received did not meet my expectations. This feedback is intended to provide insight into my experience and to encourage improvements in the service provided to future guests.
