Absolutely disgusting and unreliable customer service!! Look at all the responses to the bad reviews that was given to show the owner’s character to not take any accountability for his wrong doings! Messaged just 2 hours before arrival to say that there was a mistake and the room was no longer available. When we arrived we stood outside in the heat for 30 minutes ringing the doorbell, messaging him and was stuck stranded for no one to check us in. We finally saw the message and booked another hotel, walked 15 mins with all our luggage, sweating buckets and the disorganized owner messaged just as we settled into the new hotel to let us know the room is ready?!?! We just wanted to sort it and know that we could get a refund but he told us there was no last minute cancellation. We were so confused, like why would you tell us wrong information and make us pay when you couldn’t even let us in?? After all the back and forth, they didn’t let us know right away that the room wasn’t actually charged which of course caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Don’t know if they were scamming but STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! He will make up responses and make it seem like it was somehow it was the customer’s fault. If you want a smooth and stress free vacation, this is not where you want to go!!
