I cant select lower stars because it doesn't allow it :)I bought a Samsungs flagship S23 Ultra with the campaign of getting a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. It is now nearly 2 months since I bought the phone, and no email confirming nothing nor have I received the watch. Besides this issue also the fact of getting a phone with 2 (known) bugs.1) Phone looses connection with vehicle´s Android Auto (worked fine for about 3 weeks, now its impossible to connect2) Loose some of my contacts, they appear as a number on WhatsApp, but they have disappeared from the contact list.The customer service is of the worst that I have encountered, do not resolve the issue and don't keep up with their schedule and do remote access. Time goes on and on, and the time for returning a faulty unit gets blown out of context, and we the customer get conned into a scheme of faulty devices and Samsung not wanting to do anything about it.
