Lisbon São Bento Hotel

PLEASE BE AWARE ZERO VALUE HOTEL!!! I was very disappointed by the condition at the hotel, especially the size of the room. What makes it worse is the attitude of the staff at the front desk, super rude to customers, extremely disappointed!!! When I was trying to talk about the potential upgrade of the room, the guy gave me a strong attitude and ignored my request. When I checked out the hotel, the guy did not say any greeting not even a word to me. It’s the most awful experience I’ve ever had in the past 10 years. Honestly, I traveled a lot, but I’ve never seen such rude front desk staff before. I hope your managers could have an investigation into the case, the young guy at the front desk, the most TERRIBLE staff I’ve ever met at a hotel!!!
