Great service and excellent experience. We were cycling near beautiful Sintra area.The booking went good with email. We had a larger group, but we got enough bikes for everyone.Service provider send us an app which had several routes to follow. We chose one, and followed that with a detour to shore. The route we chose had a lot of elevation, so without an electric bike you have to be in good shape, or choose easier routes.One of the 10 bikes had a problem with the pedal. We called the office and they send a new bike and took the bike with the pedal problem. Service was fast.
