Very poor customer service. They don’t answer the phone and when they do the person has no communication with the technical team so they have no notion as to when the technician will arrive. It could be days, weeks, months. They are not trained in any way. I asked to speak with a manager and that was also not possible. I was almost laughing it was so unhelpful. I’ve now called 8 times, been on hold for 40 minutes total, spent 15 euros on phone charges because they don’t have a toll free line, I’ve not received any appointments to have my machine fixed even though they insist the technicians will be contacting me. My machine is still broken and I’m missing hundreds of dollars that should have been deposited. Disgraceful company, if you can call them that.
