The prior negative reviews are not accurate. We were just there and yes, the two smaller machines were not working, but it was not a problem. The wash cycle is 30 minutes and you won't need more than one cycle of 12 minutes in the dryer, so total time is one hour. Yes, remember to bring enough euros because you will need €12 or so to do a full load and dry cycle. Otherwise, it was clean and very convenient. We are grateful.to have clean clothes so quickly.
