Shun - Open Kitchen
This was our first night in Lisbon and wanted some good seafood/sushi. We came in here later in the night and we were lucky enough to get a small table. We ordered the cod gyoza which was absolutely incredible with the soup they served it in. The white fish tartar was super fresh and seasoned well. The chef special Maki roll was unreal; no idea what it was but it was so fresh and light. We had the 16 piece sashimi as well and everything came out decently quickly and honestly it ended up being around $60 USD with drinks so it's also super affordable too. The staff was great, but I'd give this a 4.5 if I could with the sort of stuffy atmosphere.
