Millennium bcp

I am really disappointed by the customer service of this bank. I have waited there almost 3hours and somebody comes and takes a place, no proper management of token system, there is no value of the customers. I was treated so rudely by the one of the oldest staff I guess the lady with white hair, she is old enough but she doesn’t have that skill to communicate with the customers. I won’t be visiting there for next time. And if I’m not wrong customers have to be treated well because we are running your bank financially. Thanks !!!
