Absolutely terrible. Communication is terrible and in the end they wanted to charge us 3 hours of work only to check the breaks. It turned out they were annoyed that the car stood there for too long and this is what we were charged for. After all the car had a bigger problem after my appointment than before, they had to check again while we were there and the same job took him 15 min.?!
