Private chef in the Algarve

For our holiday in the Algarve we were looking to have a private chef to cook for our group of family and friends (size of the group varied from 6 to 14 during our stay). Felipe came highly recommended and he was amazing! His resume is extensive and it shows in his food that touches all different culinary regions.. He prepared delicious multi course dinners every night, had wonderful suggestions and considered everyone's preferences. We had 2 vegetarians in our group and the dishes he made for them, as well as the variety were amazing, they never felt as an afterthought. Every night Felipe would bring someone to help prep and serve and all of his colleagues were super friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed talking to Felipe and his colleagues in the kitchen. He does all the grocery shopping, prep, cooking and cleaning, so we could fully enjoy our gatherings. Everyone in our group thought the food was fantastic his desserts are as good as his savory food (I normally don't eat dessert but enjoyed all of them!).I would highly recommend Felipe! We hope to come back and enjoy his food again!
