The worst. I booked a car around 11:00 o’clock for 17:00 pm. Around 14:00 o’clock I got log out of the app so I called them. They told me no worries you already have a driver assigned for tonight. At 16:55, the app worked again and see still no driver assigned so I called. The lady told me no worries there is a driver coming. I got out of my work, at 17:05 there is still no one. I called back and the lady told me sorry no taxi in Faro. I said yes but I scheduled the trip. She told me when I schedule it, there is no guarantee. That I understand. But don’t tell me on the phone that you already have a driver assigned, if it’s not the case.
