New Beginnings Yoga with Sandrina
Sandrina is such an incredible yoga teacher. What I love is that she totally understands what yoga is… that it is for everyone, ALL bodies… ALL people…. so much more than just a physical practice. Her classes are inclusive, and that is so refreshing to see. She is so aware of everyone’s bodies, and her understanding of anatomy and how to get the best from postures is simply brilliant. I highly recommend!
