A fantastic place to work out. I started training here about 8 months ago. From starting as a novice, I have had the most amazing experience working with Jen. She is the best personal trainer, clearly understands your goals and each session gets progressively more challenging! I have lost weight, increased my fitness to a level I never imagined I could achieve. The gym is well equipped with all the modern equipment you need and an added bonus is having the beautiful outdoor space to also work out in the open air. Jen combines her sessions with cardio and weights, helping you to maximise your fitness level. Highly recommend.
