Ordered an item on Wednesday, website said they had stock, but it never arrived.Emailed on Friday checking in, no response. Had to call in the following Monday and Tuesday, and they only picked up the phone on Tuesday, to inform that they had no product and haven't had any stock for some time, and don't know when they will next have it. This means they misinformed their customers on the website, and they shouldn't have indicated availability if there was no stock....... This is mis-selling... Won't be ordering from them ever again, and do not recommend them to anyone.If they don't have the right stocking / logistics / sales system, it's going to be repeatedly disappointing to customers.Refund not processed yet. No compensation issued nor apology.While I was counting on the food arriving on time and was assured it would, my dog ended up not having her usual food for 4 days. Had I known they had no stock (perhaps they themselves didn't know they had none in stock, which means utter internal disorganisation), I would have ordered from elsewhere.Disaster of an experience.
