.I paid 50€ (!) So they will come pick me from the airport. When I arrived no one was there.he was late. I came to an apartment without an heater. I was freezing all night. No one helped. They tell you that there are trips in the afternoon. I wanted to come but they changed the date without letting me know. So i couldn't come. On 28/12/22 there was no hot water in the apartment so i couldn't take a shower, so i couldn't sleep all night. No one helped. So i can't study after not sleeping and not bathing. So i had to go home early, and ad150€to fly early.I asked for a refund. The manager told me she would write me an email but I didn't get one. They can't be trusted. They have good teachers but its not worth the pain
