Very Bad Service. Took my money and no product delivered.In February 2022 I purchased a Pylontech battery for 1,300 euros. After 6 months of waiting for the shipment to arrive with very poor communication, the ship arrived with my battery to Portugal. However since then my contact has been ignored, no battery has been delivered. I've mailed 6 times asking for updates and no response in over a month. I've spent 1,300 euros and received no product. no calls n no responses.I've began official complaints process with regulatory authorities and have lots of written proof. including paid invoice by bank transfer. I'm extremely upset that this company has taken my money and vanished.I strongly believe they are trying to steal from me. This is a horrible situation to find myself in because it was so much money.Do not make the same mistake as I did. Do not buy from this company.Images show this really bad service and no response. 7 months in total.Edit: Over 1 year later. I ended up getting my money back only because i pasted bad reviews on every website, and contacted their facebook customers, and the regulator of the industry. It was a horrible stressful time. Ive been in contact with other customers who have had their money retained for over a year, with no products to show. This business is extremely likely to take your money and not deliver. Its horrible they can do this.
