Villa Yoga Studio montijo

Villa Yoga Studio is a hidden gem in Montijo, Portugal. It's an excellent ashram for yoga and other activities. The yoga sessions have a variety of poses and sequences for all abilities. I have never done yoga and I made an immense progress in asanas and flexibility. Unfortunately, after two months I have to go back to England.
