I used this company to fully restore a 90m2 property. The work took 1.5 years instead of the 4 months agreed. Once the water and minimum equipment were installed and I could move in, I stopped calling the owner who anyway was not picking my calls. He came back and dared asking  me to transfer the last payment while the work was not even finished. The work has been done to a poor standard. The dishwasher is not fixed so it falls down when I open the door. A socket stopped working after a year. Now 2 years after the end of the work I have a flooding coming from the bathroom due to the pipes connection that was not done properly. It damaged he living room wooden floor, the wall and the neighbours flat. As the work was supposed to be guaranteed I messaged the owner who obviously does not reply but I am not really surprised. Do not used this company the owner is highly dishonest.
