I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this agency. After several unsuccessful attempt to reach the agent, my husband called the agency directly. The lady on the other land was extremely rude, making the process of organizing a visit extremely difficult, instead of taking our contact detailed, she insisted we send a message with all the information to some number. After we asked to take our details over the phone instead she started being even more rude and saying we were not helping her and we’re not nice people!!! Like what? After that she started saying we were agents from another agency and it’s impossible to show us the apartment. In the end we just had to hung up, couldn’t deal with the nonsense……
