Literally horrible treatment. The derma pen treatment itself was fine, but the owner was disorganized and rude. First, she had double booked clients, so first of all there were two clients at the same time, and she has to send one away. She didn’t know her dates or what her bookings were, and was totally incompetent with the technology (including WhatsApp, lol), so it was all very chaotic. Next, she only accepts very specific cards, which was a) never mentioned prior to the appointment, and b) really common international credit cards don’t work. I figured out a plan and sent a bank transfer, but she wouldn’t accept proof of payment. Under any circumstances, despite it being official receipts etc etc from the banks, literally wouldn’t even look at the payment documents. She then got angry, and was very rude about the whole process. I had to wait for her bank to process the entire payment (like 2h!) before she would even discuss the treatment — this was BEFORE she would do anything. It was absolutely ridiculous. She was rude, aggressive, and shouted at me. Horrible experience here; there are lots of better clinics in the area.
