Absolutely terrible service! They took weeks to deliver my rug (I had to chase them). when it finally arrived it was completely damaged! They lied and sent me the photos I sent them originally claiming those were their pictures. When I showed proof those were my pictures, they sent me the original photos they took and the carpet had absolutely NO damage. After telling them that the pictures they have are proof - they followed up with a picture taken at their location with the damage (pretending it was taken on day 1, which is clearly false and you can tell it was taken after the clean"). AWFUL! They are making it very hard to reach a solution and not taking accountability for their damage! Update: You should be ashamed of your behaviour and the service you provided
