Rio has a natural gift to hold sacred, safe and compassionate space to go on an inner voyage using the breath. The Shamanic journey he took us on with the music, drumming, singing, smells and his voice to guide us - it totally enhanced my personal process releasing stuckness and old anxious energy from my body. It also helped me see where stories came from and helped me see how simple resolve can be.I had tears of release and tears of relief, followed by tears of so much love. Moving through a huge life transition has brought up a lot of fear and stuckness in my system, after meeting Rio, I felt safe to move through whatever needed to be expressed. He’s also incredibly gentle in his style and very funny! So expect some humour that cuts through any heaviness. I also loved that the group was small and intimate, we all had space and time to share in circle. Everyone’s experience was completely unique with some common threads that made us feel connected in just a few minutes. If you’re feeling you need to shift some energy, anxiety, fear, stories, beliefs, trauma, emotional pain, I would highly recommend attending Rio’s sessions.
