Amazing facilities with lots of different machines, free weights, classes and an amazing spa area with pool, steam room and sauna. It also has a big common area where you can work and grab food from the cafeteria.The gym has a huge potential, but it’s very poorly managed (hence the 3 star rating). The sales reps will scam you with the classic “Last month offering” and it’s incredibly hard to leave the contract (automatic renewing). You basically need to give 3-month advance notice, or present a medical prescription, in order to cancel the subscription. The contract also offers a free consultation, physiotherapy and nutritionist, but they fail to provide these services.Lastly, if you’re a man, you’re in for a surprise in the locker room. Avoid the sauna, unless you want to feel like a piece of meat. I’ve complained more than twice about dudes banging in the showers and saunas. I just try to avoid the lockers as much as possible.Overall, the gym has a huge potential and the facilities are indeed great and clean. On the other hand, the constant scams and lack of action regarding creepy dudes in the men’s locker rooms (perhaps revoke memberships once you hear about these), makes it hard to give a better rating. One of the most expensive gyms in Lisbon and management is very poor, combined with shady sales team.
