Fábrica dos Óculos Algarve

La traduction Française suit la version Anglaise.Unfortunately this is my very first bad review.On Wednesday August 10th, we, as a family, went to the new “Fabrica do oculos” store located in the recently finished “Sudoeste retail park” in Alcantarilha. We had heard they had good prices and being part of a large store chain we were confident we would find our next prescription and sunglasses for the family.To our delight we were the only customers in (Having been there the previous weekend we couldn’t talk to anyone as the store was very busy with customers so we had to postpone) there were two employees, a man and a woman, talking to each other at the reception, we waited for them to finish and turn their attention to us, when they did I started with my usual “Bom dia, falla inglese um poco?” to which I received from the man a “yes a little” but with such an attitude that left both my wife and I with a strong feeling, you know when you feel you are bothering someone or maybe more accurately : “Oh not one of those again”.Anyway, I went on explaining that I just wanted to make sure they had the type of sunglasses we were looking for before making eye exam appointments, the “magnetic clip-on” type, the man answered “yes we do” and told me to go look at one of the sunglasses display. Back in my customer service days, we would lead the customer to the desired product, especially if the store is empty. Anyway, we never found the “magnetic clip-on” sunglasses and better than to disrupt their day again, we ended up at “Opticalia” at Algarve shopping in Guia where “Paula” was a delight, completely the opposite we had just experienced, night and day and they had 2 for 1 promotions !I don’t know if the “Fabrica dos oculos” employees’ were having a bad day but it sure started ours that way.——————-Malheureusement, c'est ma toute première mauvaise critique.Le mercredi 10 août, nous nous sommes rendus en famille au nouveau magasin Fabrica do oculos" situé dans le "Sudoeste retail park" récemment achevé à Alcantarilha. Nous avions entendu dire qu'ils avaient des prix intéressants et faisant partie d'une grande chaîne de magasins nous étions convaincus que nous trouverions nos prochaines lunettes de prescription et de soleil pour la famille.À notre grand plaisir
