It was my first session here for meso hair treatment, the staff was not welcoming to me , I noticed how they greet others vs me . I was told that I was supposed to read a page about the therapy before we begun but they did not have that page available . Anyways , I took the first session, then I was told to take next appointment from the reception area. Lady there told me she's busy and handed over a card which had a number written on it,she told me to book my appointment through call since she was busy. This treatment costs €1500 , and this is their client handling. I feel more welcomed at a grocery store . Since it was my first session, I can't say anything about the treatment effects at the moment but the staff behaviour was hurtful. Hence,1 star.
