DO NOT USE LOCAL TAXI IN LISBON. We took one of these taxis from the airport, our fair was $8.30 and just before we got to our hotel the driver stopped and cleared the meter then told us it was $25!! I yelled at him for a while and threw $10 at him and walked away while he swore at us in Portuguese. TAKE UBER NOT TAXIS.
