Record go Mobility - Lisboa

Car condition and online rental experience are 5 stars. I used their web site directly. I easily reserved a car to be picked at Lisbon and returned at Porto. They send me very clear maps and directions for both locations. Price, including full insurance was great too. We did not use the shuttle from the airport -- we picked the car after spending a few days in Lisbon, so we took a taxi from our hotel (<20 EU).The 4 stars rating is for the service at Lisbon and Porto branches which was way too slow and way too hot.At Lisbon the staff and the office (the only place with AC) were too small for the number of people. I filled every form and gave every detail online, and it still took more than 30 minutes to get the car (which was ready and waiting). I had to sign more forms and pay a $100 deposit. They did not accept AMEX or payment by phone through Google Wallet (which is accepted everywhere else in Portugal), only the plastic card + code. It would have been much better if everything could just be completed online. By the time I got the car I was sweaty and irritated.Portugal is beautiful and the car (SEAT Arona) drove fantastically over some challenging mountain roads. The automatic toll device was very convenient.I recommend you rent only with full insurance. The car had 10s(!) of small dents and scratches -- I did not care because I took the full insurance from Record, but otherwise it would have taken me a long time to go over the car and make sure there are no missed scratches.The return process at Proto was much faster. Again, since I had full insurance, nobody bothered to check the car -- I just handed the keys. The Porto branch is uninviting. There is no normal restroom at the site, only chemical WC on the street. There is no waiting room with AC while waiting for the shuttle to the airport. I saw a long line of people waiting to get their car.I would use Record again because I mostly care about the quality of the car and the cost, but I think Record can easily make their branches more customer friendly.
