There’s a huge problem. While the premises and staff are nice, the rooms aren’t air conditioned. The hallways the reception, where the cats aren’t allowed as much, are, the rooms were the cats spent enclosed all day are too stuffy.This might seem like a small detail, but it really doesn’t matter that the colors of the rooms are decorated: that’s for human appeal. If the air in the rooms isn’t ventilated, it can’t be proper care. It’s a minimal requirement.
