Conforama Corroios

I strongly discourage patronizing Conforama Corroios for furniture purchases. My parents recently acquired a table and two chairs from this establishment, amounting to nearly 600 euros inclusive of transport and assembly fees. Regrettably, upon the items' arrival, it became evident that they sustained damage, with the table exhibiting significant impairment, and one chair having a leg shorter than the others.Moreover, the revelation of the table's composition as cardboard, rather than genuine wood, became apparent due to the aforementioned damage. Consequently, I find it imperative to caution potential customers against choosing Conforama Corroios for their furniture needs. Considering the substandard quality and pricing, I recommend exploring alternatives such as IKEA, where superior options are available at more reasonable rates.We are currently in the process of engaging with customer care to seek a refund or some form of compensation for the issues encountered. I will revisit and conclude my review once this matter is resolved.So, we talked with the customer care, we choose a different table and the delivery was scheduled for today. They arrived and as soon as they start taking the furniture from the boxes we could see that the new table as also damaged...we are going to proceed with a formal written complain and try to get our money back.Again, PLEASE AVOID THIS CONFORAMA! This company is a joke and you'll waste your time and money.
