I had a hardware problem and I know what was the problem but they told me it will take 10 working days to just figure out what is the problem, then they said 30 working days for fixing, so in general, it takes 1 month and a half. (in general means 2 months without a laptop!!!)I gave my laptop on the 5th of October, and on the 6th of November, they told me they don't have that piece, and again they charged me 53 euros to transfer the data. I think if you have better options avoid going there.
