Hotel Luena
Very bad experience.The room smelled like bad urine. They changed the room but the smell did not go away.We stayed there the evening of June 30th.We spoke to your rep, this was around 7:30/8 PM and as mentioned he changed the room but the smell was in the new room also. He said he will as maintenance too look into it the day after, which obviously he did not and also we checked out.
