Don't bother staying here, the sheets were stained, bathroom had mold and they never changed the sheets or towels. We showed up on evening and found shoe prints on the bed sheets. There was never any staff at front desk to speak to. We left early as we refused to stay in such disgusting conditions and the property also refused to refund us. There are plenty of great places to stay in Lisbon that are at the same price point and have much better conditions. I am surprised anyone gave this hotel more than 1 star review. I would not have booked it if their rating on here was actually refwlctive of the conditions at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not book here.
