Serenity Spa Algarve, The Art of Well Being
Although the service at this spa was very nice and the overall result was very good, there seemed to be some problems with communication. When checking out of the resort, we noticed that we had been charged for a different service than we thought we had purchased which was more than twice the price. This was a bit frustrating given my wife’s efforts originally to ensure that she understood what service she was receiving.I expect this was maybe just a question of translation and in the end the hotel staff helped us to negotiate a successful compromise but I would encourage you to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for and what you are getting.
