Fala Figo, a tip top falafel joint, hidden away with no signs, off a small road in Aljezur on the west coast of the Algarve.Run by Israeli residents (of 9 years!), Ari and Agat, this little food truck is only open on Thursdays and Fridays from 1-8pm and get there early as they are known to run out of falafel due to local popularity!You can also expect incredible mezze and home made spiced apple juice, with most of the produce coming from their new on site organic garden.Take a seat in the garden or in their Moroccan style Bedouin tent surrounded by fig trees and tuck in.What a find!
