Western Union

just spent 5hrs waiting for a western union transfer at this office, the man was very unhelpful and didn't even want to call western union to find out what was happening with the transfer. eventually he did (I think ) but then said it's still processing,3 hrs later he still said the same thing !.after 5hrs waiting for the transfer he eventually closed leaving me with no idea what was happening with the transfer and no money.
