Communication with manager and floor result is on high level.We had so many questions regarding the floor we wanted to update and of very detailed answers from the manager of the company. The company also could take our case urgently (for extra price) as we needed to finish this works asap. Manager was always online and very supportive, also speaks English and helps to communicate with workers.However, there were several thin that made us disappointed. I guess it can be solved if discussed in advance.Because of the machine that removes a floor layer, our wooden wardrobes, doors and plinth were scratched.Also, guys left quite a mess at the place, like cigarette butts in flower pots and traces that were difficult to wipe off from the dirty liquid that was poured into the bathroom, sink and toilet.As it wasn't rough repair, it really has to be different. However, I believe that our case could be the case study, and they will make great works without these mistakes.
