Academia de Ballet Contemporâneo (ABC)

The Academia de Ballet (academy of ballet-ABC) dance school was the first academy in Vila Real Santo António to have professional education accredited by the Ministry of education.They offer both classical and contemporary dance background, and we experienced a hip-hop performance.They offer shows in the town Square buildings as well as a patron program which includes private events for those who help donate and sponsor the dancers or the school.We were just treated to a private performance to a small audience of about 35 people who got to experience a showcase of their variety of dances they are currently working on for their show.Some of the dancers will be off to Barcelona to be in a show and competition. The town is very proud of this Dance school in our small little town and their hard work to show VRSA and Portugal to the world.
