Moinhos Velhos
Moinhos Velhos is a beautiful, peaceful place that offers juice fasting retreats. I normally come here twice a year. The secluded valley offers tranquility and a relaxing atmosphere that supports the rest and detox. A beautiful garden is surrounding the old buildings, the small houses where guests are quartered. The pool is a salt water pool and every evening you can enjoy the sauna. Yoga and meditation is offered every day. I love this place and highly recommend it.
