If you are looking to buy a Rolex or Patek, don’t bother coming here unless you already have an extensive relationship with them. This message was delivered in a blunt and unpleasant way within 60 seconds of starting a conversation and when I hadn’t even enquired about any specific model. Unprofessional and offensive. I’m very well aware of the realities of the watch market currently but there is no need to be like this to a potential customer. Rolex and Patek should be ashamed of this AD, who has on a previous occasion suggested I might like to buy some jewellery before I’d be allowed to buy a watch.
