Mareta Beach Boutique B&B

I usually don't pay much for my hotel stays because I'm rarely in my room so I wasn't expecting much when I booked a double bed, en suite and a terrace with an ocean view for $80/night...including breakfast!What a pleasant surprise!!Everything was great:Safety-the area is a surfer's paradise so it's laid back and family friendly. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable even after dark.Location-restaurants, bars, beach access, parking are right there.Hotel-has a lift, clean/spacious rooms, the pillows aren't wafer thin, beds are firm but comfortable, staff is exceptionally helpful/friendly, breakfast is amazing, rooms have smart TVs so if you don't speak Portuguese you can still login to tune out, the pool is very nice for we people who don't like salt/sand and it has a bar but they don't charge to your room so take cash/card.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone heading to Algarve.
