The food was absolutely incredible.Tuna ceviche was one of the best dishes I have ever had at a Japanese restaurant.All the other dishes that we had were top notch. Urumaki, Carpacio were devine. Heavily recommend. We had a delicious wine to match, Terroir mineral was her name.Chef Ricardo came to the table at the end and was most attentive and informative. Freshest fish, delivered daily so expect seasonal changes. I can't wait to go back as he mentioned the seabass Ceviche was worth a visit.Also, quite an extensive beer list I did not tuck into.... This time.Can't recommend highly enough.J
