Sold me a €1600 watch that doesn’t work. Contemplated a watch all day, finally decided on one. Salesperson seemingly set the time on the watch and placed it on me. Had it fitted. Bought at the end of the day so once I realized it was not keeping time, the store had already closed. I tried winding it and reading the instructions on how to properly set the time, the second hand is simply not moving, even after winding the watch. I leave the country to fly home in the morning. How will this boutique make this right? I guess we will see
