The worst moving experience we’ve ever had. They gave us a budget after coming home and checking everything they needed to move, they forgot the day of the moving and they came 7 hours late, I lost the trip I had afterwards and they didn’t even apologize. Not only this, after they had all my stuff in their storage and I was already abroad, they tell me that the budget has suddenly increased and I need to pay 1000 euros more than the agreed quantity since they misscalculated the amount of stuff. We of course didn’t agree so they told us in very bad manners that they wouldn’t take our things to our home, and we should take them away from their storage in less than one week, otherwise they would charge us more. I had to find another moving company to go to Portugal and bring our things in only 5 days. Imagine the stress and discomfort we had all those days knowing that they had all our belongings. Mr Ribeiro was very unpolite to us, after totally forgetting the day of our moving, he never apologized or tell us why they didn’t come that morning, and instead, when we asked him to pay for the hotel we had to take because they were so late, he’d tell us that we should have never arranged anything after a moving since it’s always unpredictable.With them, it definitely IS.The workers were very slow. We found boxes with only 2 plates and meters of bubble wrap paper. Boxes that they’d charge us one by one.Summarizing, please avoid this company.
